Al anunciar el año nuevo con un paso audaz en el mundo de las bellas artes, Island SPACE Caribbean Museum comenzará su calendario 2022 con una exhibición individual del artista de renombre mundial Joel Gresham. Joel Gresham: la vida como un lienzo se extenderá desde el 15 de enero hasta el 13 de marzo, con un recepción de apertura on January 15th from 6 to 9p.m. The collection of Gresham’s work spans the decades of his 42-year career.

The energy and contained movement of figures pictured in his work are a direct link to his Caribbean heritage and a contagious beat of the region’s artistic and musical traditions. “As an expressionist, I am moved emotionally through a creative process of the way I see the world… allowing me to use my imagination to experiment on this canvas we call earth,” said Gresham.
