Through conferences, speaker training, leadership workshops, and mentorship programs, V.O.I.C.E. Masters Global equips emerging speakers, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to use their voices as tools for influence and innovation.

Since its inception, the organization has hosted powerful speaker development sessions, youth leadership forums, and virtual events that have amplified voices from diverse backgrounds across the Caribbean and the United States. Though only one year old, V.O.I.C.E. Masters Global has already transformed and inspired the lives of many professionals who are now excelling in their respective fields. The highlight of the year is the upcoming V.O.I.C.E. Masters Global Speakers Conference, themed “Echoes of Greatness: Where Every Voice Leaves a Mark,” to be held on November 1, 2025, at the Island SPACE Caribbean Museum, Broward Mall in Plantation, Florida. The event will feature influential speakers, captivating performances, and inspiring youth presenters (ages 10–12) demonstrating that leadership and purpose have no age limit.

Through this conference and its global initiatives, V.O.I.C.E. Masters continues to advance its mission of transforming lives, strengthening leadership, and promoting confidence, communication, and empowerment across generations.

Sharleen Clarke Curah

Sharleen Clarke Curah is a distinguished leader, organizational development expert, and public speaker. Andrea Adams

A fearless adventurer of both soul and sky, Andrea Adams lives at the intersection of boldness and brilliance. Whether skydiving from 13,000 feet, diving deep into the ocean’s secrets, or scaling the peaks of personal growth, she does it all in high heels with a book in hand and purpose in heart.

An insatiable lover of literature and co-founder of the acclaimed KEG Book Club, Andrea blends intellect with impact. She currently commands the mic as the magnetic host of B.A.B.B.L.E With Me on Spotify, where stories spark transformation.

As an ICF-accredited coach, speaker, and media personality, Adams’s voice was ignited under the mentorship of the legendary Les Brown and refined through Jon Talarico’s “Thinking Into Results” method. Shirley Brown–Smith 

Shirley Brown-Smith is a Mississippi-based motivational speaker, TEDx speaker, bestselling author, and global trainer passionate about empowering others to unlock their full potential. She is the author of The Power to Succeed: Unlock Your Life, Unlock Your Dreams, and a co-author of another Amazon #1 bestseller, The Greatness in You, alongside Les Brown and Jon Talarico.

With over two decades of experience in leadership, management, and social work, Brown-Smith inspires individuals to harness their inner power, achieve greatness, and create a life of abundance.

Diana Leslie

After an illustrious career as a Registered Nurse spanning three decades, from the Emergency Room to the Intensive Care Unit, Diana Leslie, otherwise known as ‘EmpressDyana,’ went on to explore and obtain certifications in Herbology, Aromatherapy, and Detoxification, which assisted her in writing and publishing Common Jamaican Aromatic Plants in 2024.

As part of her spiritual development, she also completed Reiki training along with meditation/yoga and A Course in Miracles.

Empress Dyana realized that she was not living her true purpose, whether it was a midlife crisis or some deep yearning. She wanted to be a writer and a public speaker despite the discouragement of colleagues. She took a leap of faith by deciding to get training as an empowerment coach and public speaker. Despite feelings of self-doubt and fear, she persevered.

Today, she is an author, and her message is one of endless possibilities. She now knows that it’s never too late to live your dreams. She considers her “delay” while caring for her children and elderly parents simply as detours. Today, she is free to continue her dream to teach, empower, and share her story with anyone who chooses to listen.
